This merit deduction policy is a strong step against griefers and toxic players and also to players who intentionally team up with hackers.

Hence, to summarise, players may get banned for teaming with cheaters and action will be taken against players who verbally abuse, cheat, spread false information, spread spam, or grief teammates.
Although fans cannot deny the fact that BGMI and PUBG Mobile have tried to enhance the fair gameplay policy previously, this stricter step is giving a ray of light to players for better and fairer battlegrounds.
