A few weeks ago, YouTube rolled out some new features exclusively for Premium subscribers to test those new functionalities on YouTube. These new features include accidental touches on the lock screen, larger thumbnail previews, and 2X playback speed using gestures. All these features may also roll out to other YouTube users. Apart from this, the company has made minor changes to the YouTube settings tab.

YouTube History:

YouTube history saves the YouTube videos you watch and the things you search on YouTube to provide you with better recommendations; it remembers where you left earlier and more.

The changes:

YouTube has made a minor change in which it has replaced the settings of pause search and watch history from privacy to manage all history. Earlier, the Pause search history and Pause watch history were two separate simple on/off toggles in the privacy tab, but now both the toggles have been shifted to the Manage all history tab.

According to the information, the Settings list of YouTube has been divided into two settings tabs, Manage all History, which includes your YouTube history and Privacy, which includes all the blocked contacts and terms and services of YouTube.

Notably, the old pause search history and pause watch history toggles are still there on YouTube Music and YouTube TV.
