OnePlus Nord 3 OxygenOS 14 Closed beta program: How to apply?

Firstly, ensure your device has been updated to the detectable version: CPH2491_13.1.0.561(EX01).
Head to the Settings.
Find out About the device.
Tap on the OxygenOS version.
Click on the icon on the top right.
Select Beta update
Follow the instructions given to apply.

OnePlus will review your application within 5 business days after closing the application channel. You will receive the version in 3 working days if you pass the review. To download the performance after the application is passed: Settings > About device > Download now.
