Google’s Android Security Bulletin February 2024 Is Now Official

It’s only the first week of February, and Google has already been rolling out the latest Android security update bulletin of February 2024, which has bound up all the security-related vulnerabilities that are significantly affecting Android devices’ security and performance. 

Google introduced the latest update that comes with the Android 14 February security patch today for several eligible Pixel devices in order to fix all the security-related vulnerabilities, commonly known as bug fixes, whereas by installing the latest February 2024 Android security patch updates, all of their issues that are occurring on their Pixel devices will get fixed. 

In addition, the latest Android security bulletin also comes with the monthly security patch for the Pixel devices of February 2024. Google has released two different Android security patch level vulnerability details, which are dated 2024-02-01 and the other one is 2024-02-05, respectively. These bring various bug fixes for every specific CVE, which are mentioned below:

  • Framework CVEs: 9 fixes
  • System CVEs: 6 fixes
  • Arm components CVEs: 3 fixes
  • MediaTek components CVEs: 9 fixes
  • Unisoc components CVEs: 2 fixes
  • Qualcomm components CVEs: 4 fixes
  • Qualcomm closed-source components CVEs: 13 fixes

Soon after releasing the Android security bulletin, Google also made the latest February 2024 security patch update official, which will significantly help improve the user experience through several optimizations within the performance, stability, security, and certain other bug fixes and enhancements. At the same time, this latest Android security bulletin brings the flexibility that helps fix various Android device issues.
