Snapdragon 7 + Gen 3 Soc New Chipset Compatible With GenAI Power

Qualcomm launched the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 last year, which includes many features that make your device a better option for using more high-end apps and games. After this, the company will enter the market with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 as its successor, which is integrated with the SoC and uses several improvements as well as some advanced technology for AI. 

The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 comes with similar features to the Snapdragon 7+ Gen2 as TSMC’s 4nm process. Its performance is capable of delivering a 15% better CPU, 45% better GPU, and 15% better power efficiency, while its Prime Core maxes out at 2.8 GHz. 

If we talk about its other features, it has been developed very well for photos, videos, screens, and games so that you do not have to face any problems. This chipset can comfortably support 200 MPs. This photo extension seamlessly expands the photo beyond capturing quality, and the always-on sensing camera enables ultra-fast facial unlocking and mobile security for utmost convenience and security. It is considered great for storage, as you can save high-quality photos and videos. 

Other features Snapdragon has added for gaming include real-time hardware for better lighting, shadows, and reflections, the industry standard for accelerated ray tracing, and Snapdragon Shadow Denoiser for soft, smooth, and lifelike shadows. You can get a better experience while playing games by using effects like fast processing accelerator, bloom, and depth of field motion blur. 

There have also been many changes in connectivity in Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3. It will be equipped with an integrated X63 5G modem and FastConnect 7800 mobile connectivity system, which can provide a maximum download speed of up to 4.2 Gbps and will also support WiFi 7. 

The audio capabilities of this chipset have also been developed, including spatial audio with head tracking, sound technology, aptX lossless, LE audio, etc. After that, the company announced it would soon release the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. This chipset will be launched this year and used in all the upcoming devices this year. We expect that it will be more developed than its successor.
